We are an organic farm in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, specializing in the cultivation of gourmet & medicinal mushrooms and mushroom products. Our focus is on serving our local communities and the Northeast foodshed area with the highest quality fresh and dried organic mushrooms available. We will also be offering our unique gourmet and medicinal mushroom kits for home growers, and other culinary and medicinal mushroom products.

News

Our plans for a spring harvest didn't happen due to production issues in our limited space. We are now working to seed outside for our wild harvest next year, and will be getting our new growing facilities in this summer to prevent a repeat of this springs' growing debaucle! We'll be posting information as we go to let you know when you can order some tasty mushrooms and other goodies. I'm also excited about bringing in Icelandic sheep this year so that I can expand my cheese-making mania into sheep cheeses.

I've gotten quite a few calls from interested people asking where I got my start with growing mushrooms. I studied with Paul Stamets at Fungi Perfecti in Olympia, Washington about 12 years ago and would highly recommend thier programs to anyone interested in studying mushroom propogation more deeply. Yes, you've got to travel there, and yes, its very worth it. Paul is a great guy and the training is extensive and excellent!
